		<description>I like NetBeans too.  It does the best job, IMO, of not overpowering the developer with content.  It&#039;s a nice balance of features and coding.  Sometimes when I work in Eclipse I can&#039;t tell what the heck is going on, the code window is tiny and I have to scroll all over the place just to read my code. There are many panels with many tabs.  It&#039;s just too much.  NetBeans does a better job of avoiding this IMO.  Plus its Rails support blows away RadRails.</description>
